Not able to create a Factor Model

I am “lite” subscription user. Till y’day i was able to create a factor model. Today I am not allowed to create. Not sure what changed. Can you pls check and revert.

Hello Ruby,

Greetings!

We want to inform you that from 29th December onwards, factor model will be available to only Pro and Black plan users. So, as a Lite plan user it was not available to you,

That being said, we have upgraded your current subscription to Pro till the expiry (24 January). So, you will be able to crate factor models. After your current plan expires, you will need to upgrade to Pro or Black subscription.

Kindly log out and login again and you will be able to use all the Pro features. We hope you will find this helpful.
