Alert Notification for Paper Trade Strategies /Rebalance of stocks

Hi,

When will we get Alert Notification for Paper Trade Strategies /Rebalance of stocks in the strategies or alert for the stocks that is being exited from the the portfolio etc?

Hi Nitin,

You will get alert when strategy is run at the heartbeat frequency. Generally, strategies with daily heartbeat are run at 9:30 AM on our system. So you will get the alert for any trades taken at that time.

Not receiving any alerts on Email , as i have started new paper trade strategy today and yesterday also but no trade report alert recived

Hi Nitin,

Our notification engine was facing some issues on 30th and 31st Dec. But be rest assured that you will get an alert.

I see that some of you strategies are due for trades on 4th Jan 2025. You should get notified via mail as well as app notification. We will also monitor it at our end.

Today one stock on my paper trading strategy got exit , screenshot attached but i have not received alert for the same on my email .

Yes. We have identified the issue. This will be resolved ASAP. ETA for resolution is 7th Jan 2025.
