Good Morning!.
As i wanted to update the checklist, today i felt something so i just want to share with you.
in the rules section, i want to add the following metrics.,
Price to earning
- PE Ratio (existing)
- if we searched price or earning, its not available, but its related to PE Ratio
- i agree, most of the people will use PE
- but what if we want to use Forecast , you know we should use P**/**E (use slash)
Price to book value
PB Ratio (existing)
what if we searched Price to Book ?? like we discussed above(PE ratio)
what if we want to use Forecast , you know we should use P**/**B (use slash)
Price to sales
Price to Sales (existing)
Why we are using full name here ?? why not PS Ratio as like as above metrics
what if we want to use Forecast , you know we should use P**/**S (use slash)
Price to earning growth
PEG Ratio (Existing)
i hope every one will use PEG , is it forecast or current value ?
but why its not available in Valuation multiplies tab as per the screenshot
But why its available in Valuation (Forecast) as per below screenshot
same for sector related above metrics( Sector PE, Sector PS,etc)
I hope these information make you understandable that we (sharpely) using metric name differently and its not a consistent one. Please have a look and change accordingly in search logic ( no mater how we displaying in the page, its a mater how we searching)
