unable to save screeners

Hello Team ,

Good Afternoon!.

i already have 5 screeners , now i want to create a new screener.

When i click CREATE NEW button it doesnt show any warning or error. So i have added all logics now.

then when i want to save the screener , SAVE button disabled.

ok now i realized that i already had enough screeners. so i have deleted the screener in next tab

now i have only 4 , when i came back the original screener its not updating my credits. its still shows no credit available.
i have tried to close the SAVE SCREEN window and open again but no use.

Ok its simple screener only. but what happens when we create huge conditions ?

its would be totally waste of time i think/

Please consider this issue or feedback to auto update the credits whenever we are trying to save screerner.

Regarding the issue you encountered, it appears that when you tried to create a new screener, you had already exhausted your save screen credits. After deleting a screener in another tab, the updated credit count was not reflected on the “Create Screen” tab immediately. This happens because the credits are not auto-updated across tabs, and you would need to refresh the tab to see the updated credits.

We understand that this can be cumbersome, especially when you’ve invested time creating the logic for your screener only to find out later that you can’t save it due to exhausted credits. To address this, we are working on implementing an alert or message that will appear when you try to create a new screener after exhausting your save screen limit. This will notify you that you cannot save the new screener, helping to save time and effort.
