To open the stock report, just search for your favorite stock/ticker on the search bar.

In our articles, we’ll choose Reliance Industries Ltd as an example to walk you through the entire report.

This is how your screen will look by default when you click on any stock.
As you can see in the red box, the reports are divided into 7 main sections. Currently, in the image, the ‘Overview’ section is seen. Let’s start with that section.
Section 1: Overview
This section gives you a comprehensive overview of the stock. Let’s explore it a little.

Starting with you have the stock chart and performance across different timeframes (as seen in the green box.) You can also see other important information like 1-week returns, 1-month returns, and so on. And if you wish for a detailed analysis of the stock chart, just click on the ‘candles’ icon.
Stock Overview: Fully Customizable Snapshot
Next, we have a fully customizable snapshot section (as seen in the red box). The good thing is that you can customize this section to view metrics that are most important to you.

The next part consists of four sub-categories as follows: Company profile, historical performance, shareholdings, and corporate actions. Let’s look at the company profile, first.

This gives you key personnel info among other details as seen in the image above.

This gives you a close-up look at how the stock performs against the benchmarks. By default Nifty and the sector your stock caters to is selected, you can change it or add benchmarks (as marked by a red arrow).
Next, you can also change the data range for analysis. On the right-hand side, you get a quick sneak peek into different things like performance metrics, performance summaries, and so on.

These are pretty self-explanatory. Here’s a snapshot of how it looks:

The last part of the overview is:

It shows you stocks in a similar industry, in this case, Refineries & Marketing, and stocks with similar QVM scores (we’ve talked about it in detail in our article here.
