Category: Fundamental Screeners
This screen filters stocks with a high percentage of Strong Buy Rating from analysts along with a condition that there’s at least a 30% upside to the given target price. Let’s check out the conditions used to create this screen.
How to Build This Screen
We can see there are three conditions used here:
- Strong BUY Rating % > 80
- The upside to Target Price % > 30
- Market Cap > 100
Once we hit the ‘Run’ button we see 7 stocks qualify for these conditions.
Backtest Results
We’ll now explore how the screen fared against the benchmark index.
This time we’ll also look into the performance summary.
As we can see, the screen didn’t just post great cumulative returns…You can clone this strategy, and you'll see in rough periods, it didn’t fall that much either…with Max Drawdown almost similar to the index.
You can do a deeper analysis into a screen you like, as we always encourage our users to not follow any screener blindly. (even if it was from an expert.)
