Tata Motors announced a total dividend of Rs 4 per share for FY26, structured as a final dividend.

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles, part of Tata Motors Limited, signed a definitive agreement to provide Stellantis access to its product technology and vehicle architecture for vehicles to be developed and manufactured in India for more than 50 global markets at their 50:50 Ranjangaon joint venture.

HSBC rated Tata Motors Limited's commercial vehicle business a Buy and cut its passenger vehicle target by 5.6% to Rs 340, saying Jaguar Land Rover downside risks outweigh India upside. HSBC expects Tata Motors CV volume up 42.7% and EBITDA up 40.2% with margin 60 basis points lower in the September quarter.

Tata Motors Ltd increased its all-cash voluntary tender offer for Iveco Group NV to 14.40 euro per share from 14.10 euro, raising the transaction value to 3.91 billion euro if all 271.2 million shares are tendered. Tata Motors said the 0.30 euro hike reflects delay in the prior authorisations process, will fund the extra payout via an 85 million euro credit facility with MUFG Bank Ltd, GIFT Branch, and will not increase the offer further.
