The Company is a bast fiber processing and manufacturing unit in India with a capacity to produce over 1000 tons per month of cottoned fibers (flax, jute and hemp) and over 60 tons of dry spun flax yarn per month. It cottons long and brittle bast fibers into cotton like short staple fiber such that the cottoned fibers can easily blend up to 55% with cotton and man-made fibers in the existing cotton spinning system or similar. It has a B2B business model, and it manufactures cottoned bast fibers, including flax (linen), jute, and hemp. Its portfolio includes flax yarn, jute yarn, cottoned flax fiber, cottoned jute fiber and cottoned hemp fiber. Its cottoned fibers can spin from 10% to 85% in cotton spinning systems and easily blends with natural and manmade fibers. The Company’s manufacturing facility is located in the Jute hub of West Bengal, India.
