Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited has crossed $100 billion in assets, with JV partner Sun Life's CEO Kevin Strain saying he sees opportunity to add alternatives including real estate, private credit and infrastructure investing to the AMC business, aligning with the government's goal of building a stronger India. Strain noted Sun Life globally grew its alternatives business from zero third-party assets in 2015 to more than $200 billion and about $300 billion including its general account.

Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Limited has resumed accepting fresh lump-sum subscriptions and switch-in applications without restrictions in Aditya Birla Sun Life Gold Fund effective August 13, 2026, becoming the other fund house alongside Tata Mutual Fund to allow subscriptions to precious-metal-based funds after earlier curbs.
