Allcargo Logistics Limited said it will scale up its blue-collar workforce by 20% across its express distribution and consultative logistics businesses to cater to expected festive season demand, taking total deployed workforce to approximately 9,000 during the peak season, and has introduced a peak-season incentive programme across all operating units.
