BLS International Services Limited said its step-down subsidiary BLS International Vize Hizmetleri Limited Sirketi merged with fellow step-down subsidiary iDATA DANISMANLIK VE HIZMET DIS TIC AS with effect from August 17, 2026, and ceased to exist.
