Blue Star Limited was among companies including Maruti Suzuki India, Marico, Godrej Consumer Products, Hyundai Motor India, Hero MotoCorp and Bajaj Auto that increased contribution of exports to total revenue by 1-5 percentage points in FY26, according to an ET study of 20 large companies whose combined export forex earnings grew 29% to exceed Rs 1,08,269 crore.

Blue Star Ltd raised prices by 5% in Q1FY27 amid higher copper and aluminium costs. Managing Director B. Thiagarajan said on a 7 August analyst call that revival is estimated for end-August to September as the festival season begins, with demand expected to pick up significantly in Q3 and Q4 as the company rejigs its product portfolio.
