Canara Bank Q2 Results: Standalone net profit rises 8% YoY to Rs 5,175 crore, NII jumps 20%
Canara Bank reported standalone net profit of Rs 5,175 crore for Q2 FY27, up over 8% from Rs 4,774 crore a year ago, while net interest income rose over 20% to Rs 11,005 crore. Canara Bank also reported improved asset quality with gross NPA ratio falling to 1.33% from 2.35%, and its shares rose nearly 5% to Rs 126.44 on NSE.
