Capri Global Capital Limited filed a proposal with the Reserve Bank of India in July 2026 to raise $300 million for on-lending or sub-lending purposes from the international capital market for a period of three years and three months.

Capri Global Capital Limited completed its maiden $300 million bond issuance through Senior Secured Notes maturing in 2029 at a 7.55% annual coupon, with the transaction managed by Barclays, Citi, Deutsche Bank, Emirates NBD and UBS and oversubscribed 2.3 times with an order book exceeding $700 million across 64 accounts.
