However, net profit after minority interest and share of associates fell 97.02% to Rs 0.84 crore from Rs 28.18 crore, with EPS declining to Rs 0.04 from Rs 1.33, as profit before tax dropped to Rs 3.29 crore from Rs 20.68 crore due to no exceptional items versus Rs 34.98 crore a year earlier.
