Motilal Oswal reiterated a Buy rating on Aditya Infotech with a target price of Rs 4,850, citing its 43.3% share in India's surveillance market, supply-chain advantage for its CP PLUS brand, and forecasting revenue, EBITDA and PAT CAGRs of 37%, 47% and 50% over FY26-29.

Aditya Infotech, owner of the CP PLUS brand, saw DII holding rise to 15.80% in the September quarter from 13.61% in June. The company reported Q1FY27 revenue up 89.5% YoY to Rs 1,402 crore, EBITDA up 220% to Rs 208 crore and adjusted net profit up 332.5% to Rs 142 crore, and retained FY27 revenue guidance of Rs 6,000-6,500 crore with 14-15% EBITDA margin target.
