Elitecon International Limited reported consolidated revenue of Rs 5,074.80 crore for FY2025-26 versus Rs 548.76 crore a year earlier and consolidated profit after tax of Rs 185.06 crore versus Rs 69.65 crore, while standalone revenue rose to Rs 1,529.50 crore but standalone profit fell to Rs 13.09 crore. The growth was driven partly by edible-oil subsidiaries Sunbridge Agro and Landsmill Agro consolidated from September 30, 2025. Following the results, Elitecon International Limited shares rose over 5% to an intraday high of Rs 8.79 on 22 September.
