Emami Limited Founder and Non-Executive Chairman S Goenka told shareholders at the AGM that the company is structurally positioned to benefit from rural demand recovery and urban premiumisation. He said favourable monsoons, improving agricultural output, rising affordability and GST rationalisation are reviving rural consumption where Emami has substantial exposure, while wellness and digital trends support urban growth. He said strategic investments including Axiom Ayurveda and Vedix and SkinKraft via IncNut Digital contributed about 6% of Emami Limited's consolidated turnover in FY26 and are expected to reach about 16% in FY27 and about 25% by FY30.

Emami Limited withdrew misleading 100 per cent claims from its labelling and advertisements after enforcement action by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, which is scrutinising use of terms such as healthy, natural, fresh and 100%.
