Gensol Engineering Limited and its subsidiary Gensol EV Lease Limited were booked by the Central Bureau of Investigation following a complaint by Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited alleging misappropriation of loans meant for electric vehicles for BluSmart, forged letters to credit rating agencies, and diversion of funds to related entities, causing alleged losses of Rs 453.77 crore and Rs 218.97 crore respectively.
