Gland Pharma raised its FY27 sales-growth guidance to 15% or higher in constant-currency terms from 12-13% earlier, prompting Jefferies to upgrade the stock from Hold to Buy with a target price of Rs 3,350 and raise FY27 and FY28 EBITDA estimates by 10% and 11%.

Gland Pharma is facing a 5% equity sale worth Rs 2,279.5 crore by its promoter Fosun Pharma Industrial via a block deal at a floor price of Rs 2,763 per share, a discount of up to 5% to market price, with a 12-month lock-up on further sales. Fosun Pharma Industrial held 8,53,93,894 shares or 51.77% stake in Gland Pharma as of June 30, 2026.
