Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent of Groww, reported Q2 FY27 net profit attributable to owners of Rs 725.60 crore, up 54% from Rs 471 crore a year ago, with revenue from operations rising 47% to Rs 1,501 crore from Rs 1,019 crore.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services expects Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent of Groww, to report Q2FY27 revenue of Rs 1,434 crore, up 40.8% year-on-year, EBITDA of Rs 866 crore and adjusted net profit of Rs 651 crore, but flagged sequential pressure from derivatives revenue, lower margins and higher costs.

Groww added 1,00,961 active clients in September, taking its active client base to 1.34 crore and its market share to 29.16% from 29.04% in August, accounting for more than 60% of the industry's net additions, according to National Stock Exchange data.
