Indo Borax & Chemicals approved a share purchase agreement to acquire 2.38 crore shares representing 64.26% of Kronox Lab Sciences from its promoters for Rs 246 crore at Rs 103.22 per share to diversify its portfolio and will acquire control with voting rights exceeding 25% in Kronox Lab Sciences.

Indo Borax and Chemicals Ltd reported consolidated net sales of Rs 70.36 crore for the quarter ended June 2026, up 31.34% from Rs 53.57 crore a year earlier, while net profit rose 59.29% to Rs 16.25 crore from Rs 10.20 crore, EBITDA increased 46.82% to Rs 22.36 crore and EPS rose to Rs 5.07 from Rs 3.18.
