The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has dismissed State Bank of India's appeal against the priority payment of provident fund and gratuity dues to Jet Airways employees, affirming that these dues must be paid in full and do not form part of the liquidation estate under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
