JOJO Limited has fixed Monday, October 12, 2026 as the record date for its 1:1 bonus issue, under which shareholders will receive one Rs 5 face value bonus share for every Rs 5 share held. The stock closed at Rs 228 on BSE on October 9 with market capitalisation of Rs 1,161.92 crore after delivering 106% returns in six months.
