Max Estates Q2: Consolidated profit falls to Rs 4.7 crore despite nearly 14-fold jump in pre-sales
Max Estates Limited reported a 40.2% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 4.67 crore in Q2 FY27 from Rs 7.81 crore a year earlier, even as pre-sales rose nearly 14 times to Rs 2,092 crore and collections nearly doubled to Rs 560 crore.

Max Estates' Delhi-NCR projects to push GDV pipeline past ₹29,000 crore
Max Estates Limited said its proposed acquisition of 84.71 acres in West Delhi and joint development of 9.76 acres in Ghaziabad would take its balance gross development value pipeline beyond Rs 29,000 crore, while the company reported September-quarter pre-sales of Rs 2,092 crore and first-half pre-sales of Rs 3,184 crore.
