Modis Navnirman Limited reported consolidated quarterly results for June 2026 with net sales of Rs 58.26 crore, up 27.92% from Rs 45.54 crore in June 2025 and up from Rs 51.49 crore in March 2026. Quarterly net profit rose 26.36% year-on-year to Rs 8.58 crore from Rs 6.79 crore, and more than doubled sequentially from Rs 4.41 crore. EBITDA increased 14.33% to Rs 11.65 crore from Rs 10.19 crore a year earlier, while EPS rose to Rs 4.36 from Rs 3.47. Profit before tax was Rs 11.52 crore versus Rs 10.19 crore a year earlier.
