Ramkrishna Forgings Limited is in talks with French train maker Alstom to supply wheels for locomotives manufactured at Alstom's Madhepura plant in Bihar, according to Alstom Madhepura MD Vivek Garg. Garg said the talks for wheel supplies will be contingent on Indian Railways placing an additional order for 200 locomotives beyond the initial 800-unit contract.
