Rustomjee launches ₹400-cr Ozone Skye in Goregaon: 2 BHKs start at ₹2.5 cr
Keystone Realtors Limited (Rustomjee) has launched Ozone Skye, a 50-storey tower in Goregaon West with 158 residences and an estimated gross development value of around Rs 400 crore, listing all-inclusive prices from Rs 2.52 crore and indicative base prices of Rs 2.63 crore to Rs 3.61 crore for 2 and 3 BHK units.

BMC demolishes structures at multiple flats in Rustomjee project over unauthorised construction claims
Keystone Realtors Limited said its Rustomjee Crown project in Prabhadevi was built per plans sanctioned by competent authorities, complies with norms and has received Occupation Certificate, after the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation demolished structures in multiple flats over alleged unauthorised construction. The developer said it is cooperating with the BMC and encouraging flat owners to undertake corrective measures as the civic body targets 128 of the project's 720 apartments.
