Shipping Corporation of India Ltd floated a tender on behalf of a proposed joint venture with state-run shipping and oil marketing companies for two firm and two optional dual-fuel ready Medium Range product tankers of 17,000-18,000 tons capacity, for which Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Ltd emerged as the lowest bidder.
