Sobha reported record pre-sales of 3,656 crore in Q1FY27, marking a 70% increase year-on-year, driven by strong customer response to new luxury project launches, including Sobha OneWorld. The company aims for a 30% year-on-year growth in pre-sales for FY27, following a record high in FY26, and has a project launch pipeline of 20 million square feet with a gross development value of 26,300 crore.
