Spectrum Electrical Industries saw DII holding rise to 7.62% in the September quarter from 0.36% in June, largely linked to a preferential issue approved in July 2026 and cleared on 20 August 2026. The company reported Q1FY27 revenue up 80% YoY to Rs 154 crore, EBITDA more than doubling to Rs 24.2 crore and net profit up 132% to Rs 13 crore, with most issue proceeds earmarked for debt repayment.
