TVS Holdings Ltd is at the centre of differences within Venu Srinivasan's family over ownership and economic division of wealth, with Mallika Srinivasan pushing for an amicable settlement between her children Lakshmi Venu and Sudarshan Venu. As per TVS Holdings' annual report, the family promoter holds 74.45 per cent stake in TVS Holdings Ltd, with Venu Srinivasan holding 66.55 per cent of that through VS Trust.
