Urban Company Limited will hold a board meeting on October 16 to consider a fresh fundraise including a qualified institutional placement reportedly up to Rs 2,500 crore. The home services platform had raised Rs 472 crore via IPO in September 2025 and held Rs 2,019 crore cash as of June 30, while its InstaHelp business posted Rs 11 crore revenue and Rs 132 crore adjusted operating loss in the April-June quarter amid competition with Snabbit and Pronto.
