Zen Technologies Limited's Strategic Investment Plan covering five ITIs with Government ITI Medchal as the main institute was approved by the National Steering Committee under PM-SETU for Rs 254.30 crore. The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship said the Telangana plan had earlier been deferred for clarifications on operational and financial aspects before approval.

Motilal Oswal Financial Services maintained a neutral rating on Zen Technologies Limited with an unchanged target price of Rs 1,600, based on 30 times two-year forward earnings, following the Defence Acquisition Council approvals.
