Cyient DLM Limited reported mixed Q2FY27 results with revenue of Rs393 crore, up 26.5% YoY, PAT of Rs34 crore, up 5.8% YoY, gross margin of 37.4% and EBITDA margin of 8.7%, while its order book rose to about Rs2,814 crore. The shares fell up to 19% to Rs830.35 on October 16, 2026, on profit booking and margin pressure. Motilal Oswal Financial Services retained a BUY rating with a Rs1,320 target while cutting FY27 estimates by 16%, and ICICI Securities noted operating leverage from FY28.

Abakkus Flexi Cap Fund, led by Sunil Singhania, has likely exited Cyient DLM Limited with its holding falling below the 1% disclosure threshold, after raising stake by 0.2% in Q1. The potential exit follows a 210% surge over six months and about 140% gain since the beginning of the year.
