Indian Bank reported a 13.3% year-on-year growth in total deposits and a 13.9% increase in gross advances for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, with total business rising to 15.28 lakh crore. The bank's net profit for Q4 FY26 increased to 3,103 crore, and for the full financial year FY26, net profit reached 12,155 crore, marking an 11.35% increase from FY25. The asset quality improved with a decline in both GNPA and NNPA ratios, although provisions increased due to geopolitical tensions.

Indian Bank paid a dividend of Rs 1,815.05 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26, emphasizing its commitment to the Government of India's vision of inclusive growth and maintaining healthy growth across key business segments.
