Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited filed a complaint leading the Central Bureau of Investigation to book Gensol Engineering Limited, Gensol EV Lease Limited and BluSmart founders Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi, alleging loans for BluSmart electric vehicles were diverted, forged letters were submitted to rating agencies, and forensic audit showed transfers to related entities, resulting in alleged losses of Rs 453.77 crore and Rs 218.97 crore excluding interest.
