- Dear Sir/Madam,The Company is pleased to inform that the Company has received a revised/fresh work order letter from Kanakia Transparent Developers Private Limited for carrying out infra works for the project named Shree Mohan CHSL, Janeshwar CHS, Borivali, Mumbai-400091.The Company had previously received a work order for the project amounting to Rs. 7,23,96,812/- (Rupees Seven Crores Twenty Three Lakhs Ninety Six Thousand Eight Hundred and Twelve Only). However, due to changes in the project scope and extension of work at site, the project value has been revised and increased.Accordingly, the Company has received a fresh revised work order amounting to Rs. 12,09,53,066.40/- (Rupees Twelve Crores Nine Lakhs Fifty Three Thousand Sixty Six and Forty Paise Only), inclusive of GST @ 18%.The above intimation is being submitted in the normal course of business pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.Kindly take the same on your records.
