Meesho saw DII holding increase to 13.60% in the September quarter from 9.14% in June. The company reported Q1FY27 revenue up 48% YoY to Rs 3,713 crore, net merchandise value up 34% to Rs 11,614 crore, 72.5 crore orders, and net loss narrowing to Rs 133 crore from Rs 289 crore, though it remains loss-making with pressure from new initiatives and investments.

Meesho Limited said Day 1 orders in its Meesho Mega Blockbuster Sale 2026 rose 75% year-on-year with peaks of over 75,000 orders per minute, transacting customers up 60%, and Meesho Mall orders up more than 200% led by Tier-3 demand and beauty and personal care, while Content Commerce orders rose about 3.7 times.
