Patanjali Foods Limited has taken calibrated price increases in its edible-oil business as India faces heavy soyoil imports due to disruptions to sunflower-oil shipments from Russia and Ukraine, according to its earnings commentary.

Patanjali Foods Limited has fixed August 21 as the record date for its third interim dividend of Rs 1.5 per share for FY26 and first interim dividend of Rs 0.80 per share for FY27, payable on or before September 12, 2026.
