Sunbright paid 25% upfront at Rs 31.50 per warrant totalling about Rs 659.76 crore, with Rs 94.50 per warrant due by February 21, 2028 for conversion into Rs 1 face value shares; SAT also extended the allotment deadline by one week and allowed use of mutual fund investments for ordinary operations, following SEBI's July 31, 2026 order on alleged unauthorised pledge of ZEEL's Hyderabad land.

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited reported ad revenue fell 11% to Rs671 crore in the quarter ended June 30 from a year earlier, as TAM AdEx data showed TV ad volumes fell 7% in January-July 2026. Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited reported consolidated net sales of Rs 1,907.30 crore for the quarter ended June 2026, up 4.52% from Rs 1,824.80 crore a year earlier, while net profit after minority interest fell 46.9% to Rs 76.30 crore from Rs 143.70 crore and EBITDA declined 50.44% to Rs 130.80 crore from Rs 263.90 crore. EPS decreased to Rs 0.79 from Rs 1.50. The results also showed a sequential recovery from a net loss of Rs 102.40 crore in March 2026.
